[jQuery] New Plugin: jQBrowser - Extend jQuery’s browser detection capabilities

Hi folks.
I needed browser detection that was a little more robust than $.browser
so I wrote a quick plugin to extend it.
Please let me know if you find any problems with it. Any other feedback
is also more than welcome.
