[jQuery] New Plugin - Table Scroller

This scrolls the tbody part of a table. To use it you have to set up
some CSS for the scroll bar and buttons and pass it the size of the
scrolled region. There is a simple example at
http://ajaxtop.sourceforge.net/tablescroller/example1.html.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
