Hi,

I am new to web scripting so have a little patience and this is my very first post.

I am developing a simple web site in order to get some hands on web programming.
The structure of index.html like this:
1. HEADER
2. SWF
3. SIMPLE SUCKERFISH STYLE (UL/LI) BASED MENU FOR NAVIGATION
4. ROUNDED RECTANGLE (SIMPLE 4 CORNER IMAGE STYLE)
5. FOOTER

What I need is that when user click on a menu item, related page should be loaded in center cell of the rounded rectangle. I would certainly don't want to use frame/iframe.

I would appreciate if someone point me out some example/code snippets for this.
