Jquery not loading in IE 7 or 8

Jquery not loading in IE 7 or 8

I have a lightbox clone prettyPhoto displaying images on a website I'm working on and it works great in FF, Safari and Opera, however it's not running on IE 7 or 8 at all. Can anyone shed some light?
