jQuery.now() to comply with the "High Resolution Time" API.

jQuery.now() is a useful function.

It can be more useful.

I would add a boolean operator that will allow to change the default behavior (  (new Date).getTime() ) to be  performance.now() as per the  High Resolution Time W3C Recommendation.
