jQuery pagination : works in FF, but I.E... not so much

Thought I had it made, till the client pointed out that the pagination is not creating more than the first link in IE. What the... ?
I would be a much happier person in general if I could rid my life of browser differences. In this case, I am stumped. 100 Points and a cold pint (of... whatever) to the person who can help sort this one!
