jQuery plugin not working in Dreamweaver CS4

I do hope that I am in the right forum. I have been trying to install a plug in on a site and have been having much difficulty. It is the Query Cover Flow Like List Animation Plugin skywheel. I am trying to put it into my html page. I am using the antiquated Dreamweaver CS4 and maybe that is why I am having difficulty. Maybe someone can help me get through this. I got one version from one site and another from another and I know which not to choose. I am seriously new with jQuery and am used to working with .swf documents. It is easy for me to create a .swf file in flash and have the html point to the document. This is just a bit different for me because the jQuery has something to do with actuating the plugin using $(document)...functions/calls. This is where I'm at and I'm kinda lost and sad:
