I wanted to ask how can I better structure my code

https://github.com/addyosmani/jquery-plugin-patterns/tree/master/patterns) jQuery plugin patterns, although I didn't really structured the code as I wanted to. Can some please suggest me how to structure/break the code? Do you know any good jQuery plugins in order to see how they work.
