Just thinking out loud here... Binary isn't expressive enough for what you
need to know. There are shades of difference in the support jQuery can offer
for each browser, and some of the independent plugins have different
requirements or limitations above that. Also remember that normal browser
behavior could be modified by a browser plugin or GreaseMonkey.
