[jQuery] Plugin validation
You've right. Having code rules is mandatory.
But more than rules, there is a need for a specific area (may be a
forum) in which you can post plugin to the community in order to ask for
tests and validations. So the community can look at the source code
based on curiosity and keeping in mind the specific jquery rules and can
test the plugin in various browser and css context.
After tests period, the plugin is considered to be certified and can be
post in an official repository and can be load in the code via a
procedure dojo like (require dojo.plugin1).
