the plugin for Jquery checkboxes does not work in my project.

It works when I copy and paste the same code in any file that is not a part of my project

What must be the problem

I have my own css linked to the file along with redmond theme from jquery 

The code for custmozing buttons works but other plugins such as of datepicker and checkboxes and of accordion are not working

Please reply soon
