Plusslider plugin implementation:jquery plusslider arrows are not display except on mouse hover.

hello..i am using jquery plusslider with easing plugin..it is work well for me except one thing that is it doesn't dispaly the arrows by default.it will only display arrows when the mouse hover of it.
so please tell me to see arrows by default.
