jQuery Portfolio help

I'm using this jQuery portfolio: http://www.openstudio.fr/jquery/
the issue I'm having is that the navigation for the the portfolio and any flash files on the page that it is placed, show up, over top of the content of the lightbox feature that opens when a thumbnail is clicked

if anyone would like to take a stab at what is causing the issue; it even does this on the demo.
