[jQuery] position clueTip horizontally and vertically...

I am able to position my clueTip using positionBy: bottomTop and
setting the bottomOffset to 20, but I want to do the same thing with
rightOffset. Is this possible?
So far I can't seem to get leftOffset to work and was also wondering
if I needed the positionBy to be set to fixed. I wasn't sure what
this meant.
