JQuery problem.

Hi
i am facing a problem in jQuery pages. in my projects for the module all attribuyes of different pages are centralized at one place( attribute.tag file) the alignment is coming proper in main page, but when i am trying to open from another place (another module) to the same page the alignment is not coming properly.
anybody please help me....
