[jQuery] Problem with the first example!
Hmm, This is starting off very well. I followed the instructions on
the jQuery home page to set up an alert.
My code is as follows:

$(document).ready(function(){
$("a").click(function(event){
alert("Thanks for visiting!");});
});
</script>
</head>
<body>
<a href="http://jquery.com/">jQuery</a>

I just get an error 'Object Expected'
Help! :D
