Jquery & Rapid SSL

Hi - we recently installed Rapid SSL for our site and now we see that our Jquery slideshow is blocked causing the page to look terrible. When we ALLOW the site to use Jquery (basically disable Rapid SSL and the security of our site) the pages look fine again and Jquery slideshow operates as normal.

Any way to get Jquery to work on a Rapid SSL secured site?
