[jQuery] ready() does not work consistantly

I'm seeing some strange behavior from the ready() method. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I see this behavior in both Firefox and IE.

When working properly you should be able to rollover a thumbnail image and have it appear as the main image. Some additional text should also load below the tab buttons near the bottom.
I went through and removed all the previous JavaScript and replaced it with jQuery code except two basic functions to validate my form. It still doesn't work properly though.
Can anyone shed some light on this? I'm using the latest version as of today of
jquery.js.<br clear="all">
