[jQuery] running jquery inside a thickbox iframe

Hi folks
I've had a go trying to run jquery code inside a thickbox iframe (loaded content from AJAX) with no success. It is possible to run ordinary javascript through onlick handlers, but I can't seem to get jquery to work.
Does anyone know if this is even possible?
