[jQuery] Safari error (Built Tue May 2 15:07:09 2006)

This is a Safari bug which was fixed in 2.0. It's the same problem I
reported here:

John, could we put an extra semicolon on the throw statement at the end of
jquery.js? That would work around this Safari bug. (I think I like this
solution better than modifying Packer as I described earlier, because it
keeps the file size smaller.)
