[jQuery] scroll follow not working

[jQuery] scroll follow not working


hello I have this page here http://www.fortheinjured.com/default_redesign.asp,
where I am trying to use the scroll follow from
http://www.net-perspective.com/products/scroll-follow/
It seems to be partially working. It's the red button on the right, at
top. If I scroll down it goes up instead and seems to get stuck at the
top..
Any ideas?
