[JQUERY:Scrollable TD while resize the Column]

Hi,

I need to create one table with two columns.
Left:Menu and Right :Content.

I want to add two behaviours into this table...
one is column adjust by dragging the column width,and the other one is,while dragging to the right the content TD should have horizantal Scroll.

Is there any Function to achieve this?
Please guide me to create this table.
