Jquery Selectable Issue

Consider a scenario of Desktop Manager Development UI (Just as Windows OS Desktop). I have made parent div (#Desktop) as Selectable. When i open some of the windows on parent div (by clicking on icons of #Desktop) and try to re-position the window by dragging, selectable widget is applied in the background and i cannot able to re-position the window as the window is attached to the mouse while dragging.
