[jQuery] #show() in R170 is now _show()?

[jQuery] #show() in R170 is now _show()?

Tracking SVN changes since R159.
What's the deal with the new each namespace and why have #show(),
#hide(), and #toggle() all suddenly gained a leading underscore?
