[jQuery] slideToggle() giving a noticeable "skip" or "bump" when revealing/hiding div
I have a test page showing my issue here:

Click on the "5 Comments" tab, and you can see it. It's even more obvious
if you click it again to toggle it closed again.
I slowed down the effect significantly to make it easier to see.
I'm certain this must be a stupid noob question, but I've searched and
searched and can't find the answer.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. thanks!
