[jQuery] slideUp/Down flicker with 1.0.4

[jQuery] slideUp/Down flicker with 1.0.4


Upon upgrading to jQuery 1.0.4 some of my slideUp/Down elements
started to flicker. With 1.0.3 this problem did not exist.
