[jQuery] Superfish -- Licensing for shadow.png & arrows-ffffff.png?

The two images shadow.png & arrows-ffffff.png are included in the zip
archive of Superfish.
Are these also dual licensed under the MIT and GPL licenses? What
about the stylesheet?
