jQuery swipe or scroll functions

I have an app project we are working on. Having trouble with one area. Inside a div that is approximately 320px width and 100px height I have a group on icons that I ant to scroll right to left when they are swiped. The icon area is wider than the div so as swiped, hidden icons appear. Below are images of the layout.
