[jQuery] tablesorter 1.0.2 released.

Hi folks!
Just released the 1.0.2 version of tablesorter.
This release is mostly bugfixes for row striping and column-highlighting.
Added an optional parameter called stripRowsOnStartUp: boolean and supplied an
example here:

Row striping works with large tables, how ever column-highlighting is still
considered experimental and is not suitable for large tables (use at you own
risk) on small tables it works perfectly. And as soon as i get the time i
will figure out a way to make it as fast as everything else.
