Jquery tablesorter and tabs on same page - screwy behavior

Hey guys -

Hope your wisdom can lend me a hand here.  I have a table on a page in which I've binded the tablesorter plugin.  It works fine and sorts with no issues.  However, I recently decided I needed to add tabs on the same page.

The tabs themselves are configured in ajax mode.  Everything there works fine.  The table has pagination and I have it limited to 5 per page.  On the first page load, everything sorts correctly.  Only the currently displayed (5 rows) are being sorted.

However, when I click on the second page to display the second set of rows, the sorting is screwy.  The issue is that now it won't respect the pagination limit.  In fact, when I click on either sortUp or sortDown on the header, it ends up displaying the first set of rows returned plus the current view.  On top of that, it won't sort the current displayed rows, just the original rows.

I have the same set up on a different page with no tabs and everything works as expected.  Any thoughts on why the tabs being on the same page could cause this weird behavior?
