[jQuery] tabs 2.7

1)I am using some plugins to build a page.
2)I am using jQuery.noConflict();
I have a a page that works fine using: validatorr, metada plugins.
However when I use a tabs 2.7 plugin in order to load that page into a
tab a error is produced
Microsoft JScript runtime error: 'jQuery' is undefined
any idea?
