jQuery Templates


I've re-worked the original proposal I sent out for jQuery Templates.
From the feedback I received, people didn't want it using the ui
namespace - so that's gone. I've also added the ability to apply
these templates directly with the manipulation methods by altering the
behavior of the core domManip() method.
