[jQuery] textarea max. 250Chars

Hello
I need a textarea where you can type in max. 250 Chars. Would be good,
if you see the remaining chars on the lower right.
I have no idea where to start. Can someone give me an "uplift"? ;-) A
hint in the right direction?
