Jquery textbox array

Hi guys!

I am new a jquery and I've got two questen. I want to send a post request by clicking a hyperlink, but my problem is I want to get data from a array of text fields and i don't know the accesskey for the object i need. Are I'm able to do this? Please can you help me?

And my second Problem is i want to click a hyperlink and then show a textbox instead of a label with the same values but this is all in a table and so i also don't know the accesskey.

please help me.
