[jQuery] timescales - autocomplete and datepicker


Hi everyone,
I understand that autocomplete has been pulled out of the latest
release, and that the datepicker no longer has the range functionality
it used to have (ie you can no longer select the start and finish date
on the same datepicker)
I have an app that uses both these functions - so I'm keen to know:
When might we get autocomplete back?
Are there plans to fix the datepicker range functionality, or is it
deprecated?
(yes, I know it's open source and an acceptable answer is 'when you
make it so' - but my low level of skill in JQuery would mean waiting
a long time ...)
