Ok. Basically, so that you can see what I'm talking about, could you please go here:

I have already achieved step 1. The correct header comes up when the respective tab is clicked.
However, what I'm trying to achieve is in addition to this, the headers must continuously change every 5 seconds.
ANY HELP would be much much appreciated.
