[jQuery] [tooltip] opacity problems
I'm having trouble with the tooltip plugin and opacity. It seems that
no matter what opacity I set, it gets overridden by the opacity in the
default css file, jquery.tooltip.css. I'm noticing that the demo seems
to exhibit the same issue:

If you look at the #fancy and #fancy2 tooltips, they have an opacity
set to 1 yet you can still see through them. It appears all the
tooltips on the demo page have an opacity of 0.85, which is the
opacity set in the css.
Is this a bug or am I missing something?
