[jQuery] Triggering events - what is it that I don't understand
Hi there
I am trying to make the accordion from ui (1.5b) being triggered when the user
is hovering the header for a certain amount of time.
I am doing this by registering functions for .hover() and using a timer which
works great, but triggering the click event on the object which should fire
the clickhandler of the accordion but doesn't.
In short:
why doesn't $('a#myheader').click() fire the click event that is fired when I
actually click the link. The event has been has been registered with .bind(),
so it is not the href-issue.
