jQuery UI 1.7.3 not downloading for me

Complete jQuery beginner here, below zero on the learning scale at present and unfortunately cannot get beyond download to get started! When I click to download it doesn't get past 67.6 / 217 KB before hanging with the message Decompression failed.

I've tried with both versions (although I know it is the 1.7.3 that I need) and both failed.

Have checked around but could find anyone else having this problem - is it just me??
