I downloaded a jquery ui (1.8.2 version) custom theme (based on "Vader" theme) with a specific texture for "dialog modal" selected and other custom options.

When the dialog is opened with "modal: true" option the texture don't appear.

Moreover, the class "ui-state-error" don't work properly with colors.

What should I do?
