jQuery UI eq of interface's SlideOutLeft,SlideOutRight ?

Since I understand Interface ui is not more maintained.. So it doesn't
work anymore with newest jquery..
Have anybody found a eq of interface's
SlideOutLeft,SlideOutRight,SlideInLeft,SlideOutRight what does work
with jQuery 1.2.1 ?
Maybe there's some function I can use from jQueryUI ?
