jquery-ui.min.js:13:7168TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating 't.fx.step')

I'm getting a random error. I upgraded my jQuery from 1.11 to 1.12 and I am getting this random error which does not appear on Google anywhere. Any idea? I turned off all of my other scripts as well. I have no idea what is causing this
