Hello, I am a web-developer (Javascript, PHP, etc.) and I am just evaluating jQuery UI - so be patient if my question is naive.

My question: if I develop a web-application with jQuery UI, does it work on mouse-less devices like Smartphones or iPad ?

I tried the demo-gallery on my Windows Mobile 6.5 touchscreen smartphone and "Interactions" (drag&drop, etc.) didn't work.

Are these devices supported by jQuery UI ?
