I just downloaded the UI and when I opened the index page in Chrome and IE, some controls were not properly displayed, just like the plugin was never finished. Are there any issues with the plugin?

The plugin has several JavaScript files. Same thing with CSS files. Which one should I insert in my ASP.NET web site? The docs shows only 3 references but I see many.

Please provide examples as I am a newbie with JQuery.
