Jquery-UI tabs and <base>


I'm using Jquery-UI tabs on my site, today I update it to the last
version and now, it doesn't works because I use the <base> tag on my
web, see a example here: http://villavicastur.com/imagen/0p9inlogo.png
What is happening?
