jQuery UI tabs not working with drupal

I was using the jQuery UI tabs plugin with no problems before.

I have decided to stop coding everything from scratch and move my back end to Drupal. And now, jQuery UI tabs is not working anymore.

I am opening a member only page to public so I can show you the error page. On this page, SAT and TOEFL sections were tabs but look at it now. What is wrong here, how can I fix it?
