Is there a very small basic version of jQuery availiable?

I mean a very slim version that is only suitable for basic DOM manipulation. Without all the nice-to-have stuff like ajax, UI functions, css effects and so forth. And without explicit support for browser older than around 3 years.

The file size should not exceed 20-30 kb.
