jQuery Web Site Hosting

For the past couple of days, I've been getting disturbing errors when trying to navigate through jQuery. Often, when I click for details on a plug-in, I get a page error because "users bandwidth exceed".

As I write this, my attempts to go to the jQuery UI page from the top menu gives me a 502 error, Bad Gateway.

Any thoughts as to what's happening?
