[jQuery] which jquery plugin might this be using?

I ran across this site

In the items listed you can slide up/down the complete single item. so
that is the jquery slide up/down effect. But if you click 'view
Description' or 'Listing Details' then the single items slides up a
little and contents are switched.
Can someone please shed some light on what jquery plugin would
resemble this effect. Are these tabs?
Would appreciate any help!
