jQuerymobile: How to theming footer with 1.4.2 ?

Hi.
In old versions it ws possible to theme e.g. the footer for errormessages like data-theme="e",
the rest of the webpage was then the default theme.
In jquerymobile 1.4.2 there are only two themes, black and grey.

With the themeroller i can customize the webpage, but not individual elements like footer, labels etc.

How can i do this with jquerymobile 1.4.2 ?
